Terms of Use

These Terms of Use explain the rules for using the Devirly mobile app and devirly.com. By using Devirly, you accept these terms. Version 2.4, July 31, 2026, draft pending legal review.

1. What is Devirly?

Devirly is an independent classified ads board for event tickets. Only event tickets the organizer permits to be delivered to another attendee may be listed. Devirly is not a party to payment or ticket delivery, does not connect to or log into any third-party service, and does not provide escrow, wallet, or payment intermediation services. The parties communicate in the app.

2. Account, Verification, and Age Requirement

An email address or phone number may be required to create an account. Phone verification is required to publish listings. Phone-verified users may earn a "phone verified" badge. Identity verification (KYC) may become optional or mandatory in later phases. You must be at least 18 years old to use Devirly. Registration attempts by persons under 18 are rejected; if such an account is detected, it will be closed.

3. Listing Rules and Acceptable Use

Listing information must be accurate, up to date, and not misleading. Only event tickets the organizer permits to be delivered to another attendee may be listed. The listing owner makes this declaration when publishing and is responsible for its accuracy. Selling, transferring, or sharing third-party accounts or access is prohibited. Usernames, passwords, one-time passcodes, recovery codes, account email access, QR codes, and barcodes must not be shared. Fake, misleading, or duplicate listings, spam, illegal goods or services, identity or personal-information sales, and fraudulent conduct are prohibited. Every listing passes automated and, where needed, human moderation before going live. Devirly may remove listings, block messages, and restrict accounts on violation. Rights holders can submit unauthorized-use claims through support.

4. Anti-Scalping and Price Control

Devirly enforces a price-cap rule in pursuit of a fair market. On event ticket listings, entering the original (face) price is mandatory and the asking price cannot exceed it; this rule is enforced automatically by the system. Suspicious listings are additionally handled through reporting and moderation processes.

5. Fees and Purchases

Devirly does not take commission from the ticket price agreed between users. The revenue model is based on listing rights and optional listing packages. Purchases made in the mobile app are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play; refunds are subject to the relevant store's terms.

6. User Responsibility

Devirly lets users contact each other about event ticket listings. Ticket delivery may use physical handover or an official name change only when the organizer permits it. Delivery through third-party account credentials is prohibited. The parties are responsible for performing the necessary checks and assessing risks before reaching an agreement.

7. Reporting and Account Restrictions

Suspicious users or listings can be reported from within the app. When Devirly detects behavior that violates the rules, it reserves the right to remove listings, restrict accounts, suspend accounts, or make required legal notifications.

8. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Rights

Users must not infringe the intellectual property, trademark, contractual, or other rights of third parties with their listings. Organizer, venue, or provider names may be used in listings only to describe the listed item; no partnership or endorsement may be implied. Rights holders can submit infringement claims through the support channel; Devirly removes content in line with substantiated requests.

9. Limitation of Liability

Devirly is not a party to disputes between users. Devirly cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from use of the platform, third-party actions, or transfer/payment decisions made between users themselves; mandatory statutory provisions are reserved.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Competent courts and enforcement offices are determined under the general rules of Turkish law; the rights of users qualifying as consumers to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts are reserved.

11. Updates to These Terms

Devirly may update these terms in line with product, legal, or operational needs. Material changes are announced through the app or the website; the current version and date appear at the top of this document.

12. Service Provider and Contact

Devirly is operated by Burhan Cabiroğlu (natural person) under the "Devirly" brand. For questions, notices, rights-holder claims, and takedown requests: support@devirly.com or the devirly.com support page.
