Devirly is a marketplace that connects users who want to transfer unused tickets, memberships, and subscriptions with users who want to take them over. Devirly is not a party to the payment or transfer between buyer and seller.
Users may need an email address or phone number to create an account. Phone verification is required to publish listings. Phone-verified users may earn a "verified seller" badge. Identity/KYC verification may become optional or mandatory in later phases.
Listing information must be accurate, up to date, and not misleading. Fake listings, spam, illegal goods or services, selling someone else's identity or account, fraudulent behavior, and unsafe off-platform redirection are prohibited.
Devirly supports a price-cap rule in pursuit of a fair market. When original price information is available, the asking price cannot exceed the original price. If original price information is not available for technical or operational reasons, automated price-cap enforcement may be inactive; in that case suspicious listings are handled through reporting and moderation processes.
Devirly does not take commission from the transfer amount. The revenue model is based on listing rights and optional listing packages. Purchases made in the mobile app are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Refund processes are subject to the relevant store's terms.
Devirly is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. Transfer method, payment method, delivery, account handover, and similar details are determined by the users themselves. Parties are responsible for performing the necessary checks and assessing risks before reaching an agreement.
Suspicious users or listings can be reported from within the app. When Devirly detects behavior that violates the rules, it reserves the right to remove listings, restrict accounts, suspend accounts, or make required legal notifications.
Devirly is not a party to disputes between users. Devirly cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from use of the platform, third-party actions, or transfer/payment decisions made between users themselves; mandatory legal obligations are reserved.
Devirly may update these terms in line with product, legal, or operational needs. Material changes are announced through the app or the website.
