The mobile backend defines POST /me/data-export to create an export request and GET /me/data-export/{id} to check status and receive the download URL when ready. The web request form starts the support process using your registered email and request type. For security, we may ask you to verify your identity or account ownership before processing the request.
Records that must be kept for legal obligations, disputes, fraud prevention, or audit purposes may not be deleted immediately; these records are retained for a limited purpose with restricted access.
